Was just in for an appointment, 5-1/2 yr old hearing aid beginning to malfunction. Technician has assisted 3 times in effort to keep it working for me, very much appreciated.
I decided to order new aid today, they were very knowledgeable and helpful.
Looking forward to new aid next week.
