I just had an excellent experience at Cambridge Hearing Centre. The woman at the front desk (who’s name I didn’t catch, sorry!) is very friendly and professional and the clinic is so quaint and tidy. As for Shauna, she is also very friendly, fast, thorough, informative, and the hearing test was a reasonable price! Will definitely be referring them to others.

I was super happy with everything about my appointment. Everyone was courteous, thorough and professional. There was no high pressure sales for new hearing aids, in fact the ones I currently wear were adjusted and cleaned thoroughly and told they should be just fine for at least another year. Beginning to end top notch experience. Our appointment was with Shauna, she was super professional, really took the time to explain everything that was being done. Explained what type of hearing loss my husband had, took the time to explain what they could do to help him. So nice to deal with, not pushy for a sale. She was all ready to send us home with a quote to discuss at home, and my husband wanted to go ahead and buy it right away. Really left feeling like our business was valued, like we are really going to be looked after. I’d give it 6 stars if it was an option….definitely go to this location if you want the best service in Cambridge….a very happy client

I’ve had problems with my right ear for about 3 months, crackling and sounding like I have my had cupped over my ear, went in to do a pressure test and found out there is fluid behind the ear drum and have to see my regular doctor so they can refer me to a specialist. To my surprise there was no charge and the procedure took about 5 minutes, very efficient, I would highly recommend the cambridge hearing center

Thank you so much to Shawna, her professionalism was amazing. I went totally deaf in both ears. To say I was depressed would be an understatement. Shawna diagnosed one ear had a build up of stubborn wax the other ear was blocked due to at least 3 months of really bad allergies.
When I left the clinic I could hear a pin drop. It was wonderful and as for the other ear my doctor will be giving me advice on how to treat the allergy problem..
